We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We send all Biskit Box orders through Australia Post.

AUSTRALIAN EXPRESS ORDERS: Please note, the Australia Post Express Postage Service operates between all Australian Capital Cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and has a ‘Next Day Delivery’ (delivery timeframes have been impacted since COVID).  Outside Metropolitan Areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only. If your item is for an address outside the Australia Post Express Postage Service, they will use the fastest possible transport links but it won’t be covered by their ‘Next Day Guarantee’. Biskit Box is not responsible for late Express Postage orders. Should there be a problem with your order, please contact Australia Post on 13 13 18 with your provided Tracking Number.
